Wraparound Care
Leagrave Primary School offers daily wraparound care provision for all pupils from Year R to Year 6 during term time only.
All members of staff who run the wraparound care are fully qualified and DBS checked.
Please note that fees for clubs may increase or otherwise vary throughout the academic year.
Nursery Wraparound Care Provision

Breakfast Club – Year R to Year 6
Breakfast Club runs from 8.00 am until 8.45 am each day during term time only.
Parents/carers should use the main playground entrance to gain access to the club via the dining hall door.
Pupils must not be dropped before this time as they cannot be left unsupervised.
A breakfast is served to the pupils until 8.30 am. This can be selected from a choice of cereals, toast and a drink.
Morning activities encourage a calm start to the school day, including reading, drawing, board games and construction kits.
All pupils are escorted to their respective classrooms by a member of staff at the end of each morning session to ensure a smooth transition into class.

After School Club – Year R to Year 6
After School Club runs from the end of the school day until 5.00 pm each day during term time only.
Pupils are escorted from their classrooms to the club by members of school staff and have the opportunity to take part in various fun activities such as; arts and crafts, sticking, painting, plus a variety of dressing up items and other toys to play with.

How to Book Breakfast and After School Club
Places for breakfast and afterschool club must be booked and paid for in advance online through https://scopay.com/. All parents and carers of pupils attending Leagrave Primary School have access to Scopay once their child is on roll at our school.
Please note here is an initial registration fee of £10 per academic year per family. This should be paid in conjunction with the completion of the registration form (see link below).
If your child is not collected from after school club by 5pm you will be charged £10 for every fifteen minutes that you are late.
Leagrave Hobby Clubs
Leagrave Hobby Clubs take place after school and are led by staff from within the school.
Please note hobby clubs are NOT operated on a first come first served basis. We want to ensure all children have the opportunity to take part in at least one club and that children on the waiting list are given priority.
At the end of each half term a registration letter will be sent to parents/carers to complete and return to school. Confirmation of club places will be sent home by the end of the half term.
If your child is chosen to attend you will need to book in advance by logging in to your Scopay account.
No child will be permitted to stay for a hobby club unless the relevant non-refundable fee has been paid.
The following rules apply:
- All pupils must be collected from school by an appropriate adult at 4:15pm
- If your child is collected after this time you will incur a late charge fee
- Children who do not follow the school’s behaviour policy during the clubs may be prohibited from attending further sessions.
- Children must have the correct kit if required.

Leagrave Primary Think Sport Extra Curricular Clubs
Along with our hobby clubs, we are pleased to be continuing the Think Sport sports clubs.
The clubs running for Spring Term 2 are as follows:

The sports clubs are run by an external company called ‘Think Sport’ please visit www.thinksportcoaching.com to book your children onto these sports clubs.
Please note that registration and booking will be directly through their website and any questions should be addressed to Think Sport rather than the school office about these clubs.
Enquiries and questions about all other before and after school clubs should still be addressed to the school office.
