What is a School Prefect?
A prefect is a highly respected and very important role. Not only do the younger pupils look to the prefects as role models but they are also there to help and support the school in many different aspects of school life.
A leader is one who knows the way, goes the way, and shows the way.
A head boy and head girl are elected from the appointed prefects. The criteria being a pupil with good organizational, communication and interpersonal skills as they will be expected to promote the school in events throughout the year.
The prefects are passionate about taking on whole school responsibilities, and are very effective and committed to any task they have been enlisted to carry out.
